Do you ship Worldwide?

Unfortunately, we currently are only able to ship within the United States and its territories, but we expect to expand to international shipping in 2024!

What is the difference between the Grind types?

Standard Coffee: This is the most common type of coffee and is what you'll usually find in most grocery stores. Standard coffee is ground to a medium-fine consistency and is suitable for drip coffee makers, pour-over, or French press brewing. It has a balanced flavor and aroma that is not too strong or too weak.

Espresso Coffee: Espresso is a concentrated coffee that is brewed by forcing pressurized hot water through finely ground coffee beans. The result is a thick, strong shot of coffee that is often used as the base for specialty drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. Espresso beans are roasted longer than standard coffee beans, which results in a darker color and a more intense flavor.

Coarse Coffee: Coarse coffee is ground to a larger particle size than standard coffee, which makes it suitable for brewing methods that require a longer steeping time, like cold brew or French press. Coarse coffee is typically used in immersion brewing methods where the coffee grounds are steeped in water, rather than being passed through a filter.

Whole Bean Coffee: Whole bean coffee is simply coffee beans that have not been ground. It's the most versatile form of coffee since it can be ground to any consistency depending on the brewing method. Whole bean coffee also has a longer shelf life than pre-ground coffee since the oils and flavors are sealed inside the bean until it's ground.

In summary, the main differences between standard, espresso, coarse, and whole bean coffee are the grind size, roast level, and brewing method. Each type of coffee is suited for different brewing methods and can result in a unique flavor and aroma.

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

We attempt to consolidate orders to one package, but if you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

 

How long will my order take to deliver?

Your order should take between 8 - 10 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

 

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

All of our coffee products are produced and shipped in the United States, so US customers will not have this issue. When we expand to international shipping, we are confident that there will be no customs fees. However we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

 

What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer one standard shipping option, which is free.

 

How secure is your site?

The Brew Expert processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

 

Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out usually within 1-2 business days, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.

 

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

 

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our Home Page.

 

When will I receive my parcel?

Once your order is trackable, it will take between 8 – 10 business days to be delivered. Depending on different country’s custom restrictions, this may take longer (we wish this wasn't the case).

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

If there are any issues with your order, or you are dissatisfied, we do offer a 7 day refund time from the date you receive your order. Please read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website through the contact page, so we may resolve your issue with the product.

 

What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via the ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom of every page on our website.
